Embodiment 1

[0034] A reinforcement system for soft soil foundations before tunnel excavation, the structure of which is as follows figure 1 , figure 2 As shown, the reinforcement system includes a grid-shaped horizontal reinforcement pile row and a vertical reinforcement pile row. The horizontal reinforcement pile row includes a horizontal double-row pile 11 and a horizontal single-row pile 12. A horizontal double-row pile 11 and two horizontal single-row piles The rows of piles 12 are arranged alternately and repeatedly in the longitudinal direction. The longitudinally reinforced piles include four rows of vertical single-row piles 10, six rows of vertical double-row piles 9 and four rows of vertical three-row piles 8. The vertical three-row piles 8 are located in the left tunnel 1 and the right tunnel. At the arch waist of the tunnel 2, the reinforcement system can be divided into the left reinforcement area 3, the left tunnel area 4, the clamped soil reinforcement area 5, the right tu...

Abstract

The invention discloses a reinforcing system and method used for a soft soil foundation before tunnel excavation. A high-pressure rotary jet grouting pile technology is adopted for conducting grid-type foundation reinforcing on a thick soft soil layer. The reinforcing method comprises the following steps that firstly, the relative position of a newly constructed tunnel and the soft soil layer is determined; secondly, the critical reinforcing width of lateral soil of a tunnel is determined according to the soil limit equilibrium condition, and the longitudinal arrangement range of the grid reinforcing zone is determined according to the condition that whether more than half section of the tunnel is in the soft soil layer or not; the relative position of a rotary jet grouting pile reinforcing body in the reinforcing zone and a hance of the newly constructed tunnel is taken into account, and grid arrangement of a rotary jet grouting pile is determined; and finally, the high-pressure rotary jet grouting pile is constructed by adopting the jumping pile method, and the foundation is reinforced along the tunneling direction of the newly constructed tunnel. Compared with the prior art, the reinforcing method takes into account the relative position of the reinforcing body and the hance of the newly constructed tunnel, grid reinforcing is purposefully conducted on the crossing area of the tunnel so that deformation of the soil in tunnel construction and deformation and settlement of the tunnel during subsequent operation can be effectively reduced, and the extensive practical value is achieved.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the technical field of tunnels and underground engineering, in particular to a reinforcement system and method for soft soil foundations before excavation of tunnels. Background technique [0002] At present, my country's urban rail transit is developing rapidly, and major cities are competing to start subway construction. Most of the subway lines pass through urban areas, and shield tunneling is usually used for construction, and different soil layers have great influence on construction. The silty soft soil strata in the coastal areas of my country are widely distributed, and such strata usually have obvious characteristics of "three highs and three lows", namely: high water content, high compressibility, high sensitivity, low strength, low density, and low permeability. In this stratum, since the stratum itself cannot provide sufficient resistance to the tunnel, and the surrounding development activities are frequent in the...
