Abstract

The invention provides a method for synchronously removing nitrogen and phosphorus from water and preparing a composite material by recycling silicon in red mud and relates to the method for synchronously removing nitrogen and phosphorus from water and recycling the material. The invention not only solves the problems of red mud waste recycling and nitrogen and phosphorus pollution in water but also solves the problem of high cost of a material without nitrogen and phosphorus. The method comprises the following steps: using acid for leaching silicon dioxide in red mud; utilizing a hydrothermal method to prepare the extracted silicon dioxide into calcium silicate; compounding and loading silicon dioxide and magnesium oxide on the surface of the calcium silicate, thereby acquiring a silicate composite material; adding a certain amount of silicate composite material into the wastewater containing nitrogen and phosphorus, vibrating under a certain temperature and removing nitrogen and phosphorus from water under the depositing effect of struvite crystal and magnesium phosphate; and generating the silicate composite material with 0.1mol hydrochloric acid after removing the nitrogen and phosphorus and then continuously feeding the regenerated material into nitrogen and phosphorus water.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a method for synchronously removing nitrogen and phosphorus in water by using waste resources. Background technique [0002] With the development of our country's economy, the output of industry and animal husbandry continues to increase. The rapid development of the aluminum industry will produce a large amount of red mud waste. People's demand for animal husbandry is also increasing day by day, and a large number of livestock are slaughtered, which will produce a large amount of animal husbandry wastewater. Random stacking of red mud waste will lead to acidification and swamping of the land, and pollution of groundwater sources, while the random discharge of animal husbandry wastewater into the water will lead to eutrophication of the water body. Therefore, how to deal with these two pollutants reasonably at the same time is of great significance. [0003] Red mud contains a large amount of rare metals, if it is discarded ...
