Abstract

The method comprises the steps that the number of runways and the orientation value range of each runway are determined by predicting airport future flights and meteorological information data, and corresponding different airport flying area layout schemes are made according to the runway number and orientation combination scheme; the discharge amount of pollutants of NOx, SOx, CO, HC and PM in the four stages of approaching, taxiing, takeoff and climbing of a plane is calculated; an AERMOD atmospheric diffusion model is built to simulate discharged pollutant diffusion, caused by the different flying area layout schemes, in the four stages of approaching, taxiing, takeoff and climbing of the plane separately, and the concentrations of the pollutants in an evaluation area are obtained; corresponding pollutant diffusion areas are calculated according to the pollutant concentrations, and the flying area layout planning scheme corresponding to the smallest area is the flying area layout planning scheme having the minimal impact on the atmospheric environment.
