Problems solved by technology

[0004] This connection method can achieve a very firm connection between the two prefabricated components under the condition of ensuring the construction quality. However, during the grouting construction process, the density of the grouted concrete in the reinforcement sleeve may not meet the specified requirements due to various reasons. As a result, the quality of the on-site connection nodes of prefabricated components is affected, and there are certain safety hazards in the assembled prefabricated buildings.

Embodiment Construction

[0021] The present invention will be further described below in conjunction with the accompanying drawings and implementation steps.

[0022] like figure 1 Shown is a schematic diagram of the structure of the grouted sleeve-type steel bar joint after the vibration test method. This detection method is mainly aimed at the situation that the grouting and overflow channel of the steel sleeve is bent (grouting can be performed through an exposed hose), and the overflow channel 11 and the grouting channel 12 are far away from the surface of the grouting operation wall.

[0023] The structure of the grouted sleeve-type steel bar joint after detection by the external vibration test method is as follows:

[0024] The post-grouting sleeve type steel bar joint is located in the wall body 10, and the joint structure includes an upper component embedded steel bar 1, a lower component embedded steel bar 2, a grouting sleeve 3 and a detection device. The detection device includes an accel...

Abstract

The invention discloses a structure and a method for detecting a post-grouting sleeve-type bar splice by an external vibration test method. The structure comprises an upper member embedded bar, a lower member embedded bar, a grouting sleeve and a detection device, wherein a first drill hole and a second drill hole are formed in a wall body, and the two drill hole channels extend to the surface of the grouting sleeve; an acceleration sensor is fixed on the surface, at the tail end of the first drill hole, of the grouting sleeve and connected with an oscilloscope; and a force sensor is fixed on the surface, at the tail end of the second drill hole, of the grouting sleeve, one end of a force transfer rod is connected with the force sensor, and the other end of the force transfer rod penetrates the second drill hole and extends out of the wall body and is used for serving as a hammering stressed part. The method is simple and convenient to operate, visual and reliable in result and extensive in applicable working condition and is less influenced by on-site construction conditions, and the compactness of grouting concrete in the actual sleeve on site can be qualitatively or quantitatively judged in combination with an indoor full-scale model contrast test.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the field of detection methods, and in particular relates to a structure and a method for grouting sleeve-type steel bar joints after detection by an external vibration test method. Background technique [0002] With the continuous development of my country's social economy, the housing industry has also developed rapidly, which has led to the adjustment and upgrading of the entire national economic structure and has become an important pillar industry of the national economy. An important task of my country's current housing construction is to promote the modernization of the housing industry. As an emerging green, environmentally friendly and energy-saving building method, the prefabricated building structure has attracted the attention of real estate developers, construction companies and designers due to its advantages such as fast construction speed, good economic and environmental benefits. The prefabricated building stru...
