Abstract

The method comprises the following steps: 1) removing excessive sulfite, adding saturated lime water to the corn steep liquor and regulating pH of the liquor to 9-10; 2) filtering the corn steep liquor treated in the step 1) to remove calcium sulfate and calcium hydroxide and obtain a corn steep liquor filtrate; 3) adding alkaline protease to the corn steep liquor filtrate obtained in the step 2) for enzymolysis, regulating pH to 7 after enzymolysis with the alkaline protease, and adding papain for enzymolysis; 4) adding calcium superphosphate, potassium chloride, dipotassium phosphate, ammonium molybdate, boric acid and urea to an enzymatic hydrolysate obtained in the step 3) for compounding.
