Abstract

The assembling machine comprises a copper head vibrating disc rack and a front cover vibrating disc rack, wherein the front cover vibrating disc rack is arranged on the right side of the copper head vibrating disc rack. A copper head component can be conveyed by matched arrangement of a copper head vibrating disc, a copper head conveying material channel and a copper head material channel straight vibrating assembly; a front cover component can be conveyed by matched arrangement of a front cover vibrating disc, a front cover conveying material channel, a belt pulley conveying material channel, a front cover conveying material channel fixing assembly and a driving servo motor; and the copper head component and the front cover component can be assembled by matched arrangement of a copper head takeup pressing grinding tool, a material air cylinder, a grinding tool rotating head, a pushing rotating air cylinder and a copper head pressing air cylinder. The assembling machine can realize automatic assembling with the front cover for the longer copper head component, and is high in productive capacity and good in quality; assembled products are unified; and a yield is 2-3 times higher than that of a manual flow line in a market.
