In the mobile terminal, a first processing chip comprises a first temporary buffer and a first modulator-demodulator; a second processing chip comprises a second temporary buffer and a second modulator-demodulator; the first modulator-demodulator is connected with the second modulator-demodulator by a UART (Universal Asynchronous Receiver / Transmitter); capacity values of the first temporary buffer and the second temporary buffer are synchronously changed; the second modulator-demodulator caches an acquired to-be-transmitted data packet into the second temporary buffer for the first modulator-demodulator to acquire the to-be-transmitted data packet from the first temporary buffer; the capacity values of the first temporary buffer and the second temporary buffer are equal to the sum of a default capacity value and an increment value; and the sum of the default capacity value and the increment value is greater than or equal to a size of the to-be-transmitted data packet. The invention solves the problem that in the process that the mobile terminal implements double LTE (Long Term Evolution) communication, when telecom card data is transmitted between two processing chips, the mobile terminal is easy to crash.
