Abstract

In the matching method, two similarity evaluation systems, namely the weight similarity evaluation system and the vector similarity evaluation system, are integrated so as to make up for system errors existing in a single similarity evaluation mode; moreover, according to the method and device, before the weight similarity and the vector similarity are calculated, word segmentation results are preprocessed, stop words in the word segmentation results are removed, and the unintended activation rate is reduced; besides, the weight of the knowledge words obtained after preprocessing is subjected to normalization, so that the threshold of the weight is equal to or larger than 0 and equal to or smaller than 1, the weight similarity calculating deviation caused by great weight difference due to different knowledge words is reduced, accordingly, the weights of the similarities of questions and alternative knowledge are more accurate, so that the accuracy of the total similarity is improved, and the knowledge-question matching accuracy of the intelligent question-answering system is further improved.
