The device comprises a terminal information collecting system which is used for collecting various information parameters of weather, environment and facility state of a power grid transmission line and coding and storing the parameters in a local video server, a remote network information transmission system which is used for backing up various information parameters stored in the local video server during transmission, a central video monitoring system which is used for receiving images and alarms, a central network management software system which is used for monitoring the operating state of a monitoring device on the transmission line, and a power supply system which is used for powering the systems. According to the invention, the state information of the power grid transmission line is dynamically monitored in real time; the damage caused by various natural disasters to the implementation of the power grid transmission line is avoided or reduced; a strong guarantee is provided for safe and reliable operation of the power grid; and the stability and practicability of power grid detection are improved.
