The metallocene polyolefin is selected from one or a mixture of at least two of metallocene polyethylene, metallocene polypropylene, metallocene low-density polyethylene and metallocene linear low-density polyethylene. According to the paint composition provided by the invention, the ionic liquid and the metallocene polyolefin are mixed to obtain the paint composition which can be used for forming a conductive under-painting coating film with high luminance color, high covering power and sufficient conductivity even if an expensive white series conductive pigment is not used and when only a common white pigment is matched.
