The processing technology of the PET filter screen includes: PET drawing process, warping process, weaving process and heat treatment. In the warping process, warping equipment with uniform tension is employed to wind PET drawing wire, in the heat treatment process, when a filter screen cloth is heated to 180-220DEG C, the outer raw material melts, so that warps and wefts in the filter screen cloth can be sticked, the meshes of the filter screen cloth are stable, and a PET filter screen finished product can be prepared.
