Abstract

The coating latex is conducive to printing effect keeping after printing and solves the existing problems. The coating latex comprises 33 to 55% of an acrylate polymer, 1% to 2% of an antifoaming agent, 24% to 35% of titanium oxide (having particle diameters of 5 to 20 microns) and 20% to 30% of deionized water. The foamed composite paper prepared from the coating latex solves the problem that the foaming layer of the existing foamed paper has dense foam points and in foaming, gas easily breaks through a PE or PP layer so that the foaming layer is broken. The coating latex can provide a complete continuous printing surface and keeps good printing and visual effects.
