The lock body electric control device and the low-power parking space lock provided by an embodiment of the invention are provided with a signal receiver and an NB-IOT module. The NB-IOT module is in a normally closed mode. When the signal receiver senses arrival of a vehicle at the parking space, the NB-IOT module is waken up, and the signal receiver communicates with a server through the NB-IOT module, thereby realizing no requirement for keeping the NB-IOT module in a normally activated mode or a regular wakening-up mode and continuous sensing for whether a vehicle user arrives. Therefore power consumption is reduced to a large extent. Furthermore the parking space lock based on the NB-IOT module has advantages of easy application, no requirement for gateway configuration, relatively low mounting cost, relatively maintenance cost, and high suitability for an outdoor parking lot.
