Abstract

The device comprises a flow information collection module, a data analysis module, a flow adjustment module, a resource management database and an information notification module. Compared with the prior art, the invention has the advantages of high flexibility, good adaptability and high quality of service. By adoption of the flow balancing method and device provided by the invention, the flow of the present node can be adjusted by downlink node information sensing under the condition of satisfying network service resource constraints, the network congestion is avoided in a flow pre-deceleration mode, and the utilization rate of the network resources is improved while realizing network flow load balancing.
