The flexible early strength concrete is prepared from a cementing material, manufactured sand, gravels, cement, an initiator, an accelerant and white latex, wherein a ratio of the cementing material to aggregates is 1:6, a sand ratio is 45%, a cement content is 10%, and a white latex content is 2%-4%. The white latex in the flexible early strength concrete has advantages of great film forming property, high adhesion strength, high curing speed and the like, thereby being a novel high-performance admixture. By a large admixing amount, normal-temperature curing is realized while high cementing strength and high curing speed of the early strength concrete are realized. The flexible early strength concrete is low in elasticity modulus, high in toughness and high in compressive strength, keeps advantages of normal concrete in construction, fireproof safety, durability and the like and also integrates traveling comfort of flexible pavement materials. Low consumption of the cementing material and excellent mechanical properties are realized, 6-hour compressive strength is not lower than 30MPa, and 7d compressive strength is 45.1MPa.
