Abstract

The colon cancer is treated through combined medication of apatinib and an anti-PD-1 antibody; through experiments, the tumor inhibition rate of apatinib and anti-PD-1 antibody combination is 53.97 percent, the tumor inhibition rate is increased by 40.4 percent as compared with that of a single apatinib group (53.97 percent vs 13.57 percent, P is less than 0.05, Mann-Whitneytest), and the tumor inhibition rate is increased by 23.17 percent as compared with that of a single anti-PD-1 antibody group (53.97 percent vs 13.57 percent, P is less than 0.05, Mann-Whitneytest) (the tumor inhibition rate is equal to 1-expreiment group tumor volume / control group tumor volume).
