Abstract

The printing ink comprises the following components by weight percentage: 30-60% of a binder, 10-30% of a pearlescent pigment, 20-40% of a solvent, and 0.1-5% of an auxiliary agent; the binder is a complex formulation object of an acrylic acid emulsion and a polyurethane emulsion, the acrylic acid emulsion accounts for 25-50% of total proportion of the printing ink, the polyurethane emulsion accounts for 5-10% of total proportion of the printing ink, weight solid content of acrylic acid in the acrylic acid emulsion is 50-65%, the weight solid content of polyurethane in the polyurethane emulsion is 50-65%; the pearlescent pigment is the pearl powder with particle size of 5-25 [mu]m; a solvent is a mixture of purified water, ethanol and propylene glycol monomethyl ether; an auxiliary agent is a mixture of a dispersing agent, an antifoaming agent, a slow drying agent and a levelling agent.
