Abstract

The invention provides a stent-implantation pre-operation analysis system and method based on OCT. The analysis method includes the following steps: acquiring coronary-artery OCT images; converting the coronary-artery OCT images into polar-coordinate-space OCT images; detecting upper borders and lower borders of guide wires in the polar-coordinate-space OCT images; matching upper-border images and lower-border images to obtain vessel inner-wall outlines; converting the vessel inner-wall outlines into Cartesian-coordinate-space vessel inner-wall outlines; obtaining bifurcate vessels in the Cartesian-coordinate-space vessel inner-wall outlines; displaying the Cartesian-coordinate-space vessel inner-wall outlines. According to the stent-implantation pre-operation analysis system and method based on the OCT, the problems are overcome that in the prior art, it is difficult to reasonably select stent sizes and determine stent placement locations; the influences of stents on bifurcate-vessel bloodstreams, and the success rate of coronary-artery interventional treatment operations is improved.
