Abstract

The invention discloses a method for activating wood fiber, and relates to an activating method, which mainly solves the problem of low reaction activity in pretreatment of the wood fiber in the prior art. The activating method comprises the following steps of 1, preparing an alkaline-polyethylene glycol-ammonia compound mixed water solution; 2, spraying the wood fiber; 3, freezing; 4, controlling the moisture content. The activating method has the advantages that by adopting the low-temperature freezing technique and utilizing the swelling and activating function of alkaline, polyethylene glycol and ammonia compound, the hydrogen bonds of cellulose and semi-cellulose in the wood fiber are destroyed, so as to reach the purpose of activating the wood fiber; under the heat action, more hydroxyls can attend the chemical reaction, so as to realize the glue-free laminating of the wood fibers in hot pressing. The activating method is suitable for the wood fiber.
