Abstract

The invention discloses an anastomosis fastening ring for main arteries and an artificial blood vessel assembly with the anastomosis fastening ring, and relates to the technical field of medical apparatus and instruments. The anastomosis fastening ring for the main arteries comprises a fastening ring body. The fastening ring body is of an annular opening structure, and first instrument operating holes are respectively formed in two sides of an opening in the fastening ring body; a first fastener is arranged at one tail end of the fastening ring body, a second fastener is arranged at the other tail end of the fastening ring body, and the first fastener and the second fastener are locked with each other in an insertion manner, so that the anastomosis fastening ring for the main arteries can be used for sleeving sleeve rings of artificial blood vessels; the diameter of the anastomosis fastening ring for the main arteries can be decreased along with increase of the quantity of mutual insertion locking overlapped portions of the first fastener and the second fastener; the diameter of the anastomosis fastening ring for the main arteries can be increased along with decrease of the quantity of the mutual insertion locking overlapped portions of the first fastener and the second fastener. The anastomosis fastening ring and the artificial blood vessel assembly have the advantage that the technical problems of inconvenience in operation and difficulty in adjustment when existing sleeve rings of existing artificial blood vessels are fixedly tied off by existing silk sutures (or silk ribbons) can be solved by the aid of the anastomosis fastening ring and the artificial blood vessel assembly.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the technical field of medical devices, in particular to an anastomotic buckle for aorta and an artificial blood vessel assembly using the same. Background technique [0002] Aortic disease has plagued cardiovascular surgeons since the birth of cardiovascular surgery in the 1950s. Aortic diseases, such as aortic aneurysm, especially aortic dissection, have an acute onset, rapid course of disease, complex conditions, and extremely high mortality. The vast majority of aortic aneurysms, including aortic dissection, require surgery to replace the diseased artery with a large artificial vessel. Due to the severe edema and high fragility of most of the diseased aortic tissue, the operation of anastomosis of the artificial large blood vessel with the patient's diseased aorta is extremely complicated and technically difficult. Prolonged circulation (DHCA) time is prone to severe complications such as ischemic brain injury or spinal c...
