Problems solved by technology

Among them, the formulation of the day-ahead scheduling strategy only relies on the statistical data of the database to obtain the driving parameters of the vehicle, which has certain limitations when used in actual control, especially for a single vehicle with a relatively random travel situation.

Embodiment Construction

[0055] An intraday priority scheduling method based on the schedulability of electric vehicles. The intraday priority scheduling method is oriented to EV charging and discharging facility clusters in a local distribution network, and uses an event-driven decision-making service mechanism, that is, following the EVs connected to the network at the current time point , making a decision on the charging and discharging mode of the EV connected to the grid (that is, the local distribution network) at the current time point, the method includes the following steps:

[0056] S1: Discretize the continuous 24h time in a day and divide it into J time periods. For any kth time period, there is k∈{1,2,...,J}, and the duration of the kth time period is Δt. Draw the conventional load curve in the local distribution network, and formulate the charge and discharge electricity price for EV users;

[0057] S2: Assuming that the total number of EVs pre-connected to the local distribution networ...

Abstract

An intra-day priority scheduling method based on an electric-vehicle schedulable capability is disclosed. In the invention, based on a schedulable capability concept, an event-driving intra-day priority scheduling method aiming at a single EV is provided. In the method, a vehicle historical charging behavior and current access network information are integrated, and an EV schedulable capability analysis model is established. An EV user vehicle using habit is combined and a distribution-network total-load peak-valley difference minimum is taken as an index so as to determine an EV schedulable capability optimal threshold. Finally, according to a value relation of a new access network EV schedulable capability assessment result and the optimal threshold, whether the electric vehicle has a priority scheduling authority is determined so as to determine charge and discharge modes of each access network EV.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to an intraday priority scheduling method based on the dispatchability of electric vehicles. Background technique [0002] The rapid development and large-scale access of electric vehicles (EVs) have brought opportunities and challenges to the optimal operation of the power system. EVs have great potential in energy saving and emission reduction. Evening peak charging aggravates the peak-to-valley difference in the distribution network system, making the peak load exceed the transformer capacity limit, which affects the safe and reliable operation of the transformer. [0003] In order to ensure the stable operation of the power system, it is particularly important to formulate a reasonable EV charge and discharge control strategy. The idea of V2G (vehicle to grid) provides a way to conduct reasonable charge and discharge scheduling for large-scale EVs, which can not only directly bring users In addition to economic benefits, it...
