When the vehicle intelligent terminal of the electric vehicle detects that the remaining electric quantity of the electric vehicle is not sufficient, a voice system of the vehicle intelligent terminal gives an electric quantity alarm to request a driver to conduct charging operation, pushes the travelling distance using the remaining electric quantity to the driver, estimates consumption of the electricity quantity of the distance from the vehicle to all near charging stations, shows the number of unused charging piles of all the near charging stations, and recommends the driver to choose which charging station to charge.
