Embodiment 1

[0025] (1) Accurately measure 4 parts of 500mL silver-containing water samples into 1000mL beakers, and label them 1 / 2 / 3 / 4 respectively.

[0026] (2) Accurately weigh 2 parts of 0.5g thiourea samples for later use.

[0027] (3) Heat the silver-containing water samples labeled 1 and 2 to 80°C, add the corresponding thiourea samples in step (2) to the two water samples respectively, and continue magnetic stirring at constant temperature for 0.5 h until the thiourea is completely dissolved.

[0028] (4) The solutions labeled 1 and 2 in step (3) were respectively kept under constant temperature magnetic stirring for 24 hours at 80°C to make Ag + and thiourea completely form Ag + - Thiourea complexes.

[0029] (5) The solutions labeled 1 and 2 in step (4) are poured into the Erlenmeyer flask, and 50mLCCl is added to the Erlenmeyer flask respectively 4 Shake well.

[0030] (6) The solutions marked as 1 and 2 in the step (5) are left to stand for 2h and then extracted, and the lo...

Abstract

The invention belongs to the technical field of detection, and in particular relates to a method for detecting silver ions by adopting a thiourea complexation method. The method comprises the following steps: (1) measuring a silver-containing water sample, and putting into a beaker; (2) weighing a thiourea sample for later use; (3) heating the silver-containing water sample obtained in the step (1), adding the thiourea sample obtained in the step (2) into the water sample and then continuously stirring at constant temperature until thiourea is completely dissolved; (4) continuously stirring the solution obtained in the step (3) for 24h or more so as to enable Ag+ and thiourea to completely react and generate Ag+-thiourea complex; (5) pouring the solution obtained in the step (4) into a conical flask, adding CCl4 into the conical flask and shaking up; (6) enabling the solution obtained in the step (5) to stand for 2h and then extracting, taking out extract liquor at the lower layer, and detecting the content of the silver ions by using an inductively coupled plasma-atomic emission spectrometry (ICP-AES). The method provided by the invention can eliminate the interference of other metal ions so as to improve the test accuracy; the method is simple and easy to operate, and improves the sensitivity of a detection result.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the technical field of detection, and in particular relates to a method for detecting silver ions by using a thiourea complexation method. Background technique [0002] Silver, due to its low electrical conductivity, is widely used in fields such as telecommunications. In the production of silver products, solution wastewater containing silver ions and other metal ions will inevitably be produced. When silver ions are detected by ICP-AES, due to the presence of other metal ions, there will be spectral interference in the detection process, resulting in The test results are inaccurate. [0003] Thiourea is usually widely used as a leveling agent in silver plating and refining, which can interact with Ag + Ag + - Thiourea complexes. Based on this background, this method is designed to add thiourea to the silver-containing solution, and to generate Ag + - After the thiourea complex, the resulting complex was treated with CCl ...
