Abstract

The invention discloses an ultraviolet stress-related gene of highland barley and a cloning method thereof. The gene can be used for detecting whether the highland barley suffers from ultraviolet stress or not. The nucleotide sequence of the ultraviolet stress-related gene of the highland barley provided by the invention is as shown in SEQ ID NO.1. The expression level of the gene is related to whether the highland barley suffers from ultraviolet radiation stress or not, whether the highland barley suffers from ultraviolet radiation stress or not can be judged by detecting the expression level of the gene, theoretical support is provided for the control of subsequent growth conditions of highland barley growth, and the gene has a good market application prospect.
