Abstract

The invention provides a flow approval method based on a digital signature. An approval flow is as follows: service is successively submitted to corresponding approval person for approval according to approval grades in an approval personnel table; if a current approver chooses delivery to others for the approval, delivery approver information is input, and the service is delivered to a delivery approver for approval; if the current approver chooses approval return, the service is returned to a last-grade approver for approval; if the current approver chooses approval success, the service is submitted to a next-grade approver for approval; and if approval time is reached yet the corresponding approver still does not complete the approval, a dialogue box is popped for the approver to choose whether to continue the approval or handle the approval latter. According to the method, a signature is made after the approver of each grade completes the approval, it is ensured that each approval result is approved by a set approver, the approval results are prevented being tampered by others, at the same time, the whole approval process employs an electronic approval mode, paperless management can be realized, the approval flow can be timely tracked, and the approvers are prompted to complete the approval flow rapidly.
