The invention relates to a thermal analysis device which comprises the components of a single-chip microcomputer that is connected with a temperature sensor, a pressure sensor and a gas sensor and is used for analyzing and processing received data; an operation display screen which is connected with the single-chip microcomputer and is used for operating, setting and displaying thermal analysis parameters; a gas discharging valve which is connected with the single-chip microcomputer and is used for discharging inner pressure of an analysis tank; a wireless RF transceiver module which is connected with the single-chip microcomputer and is used for transmitting and receiving a wireless network signal; external equipment which is wirelessly connected with the wireless RF transceiver module through a GPRS wireless network and is used for remote controlling and inspection; a first cyclone dust collector which is connected with the single-chip microcomputer through a driving controller and is used for eliminating dust that is generated by a spiral feeder; and a second cyclone dust collector which is connected with the single-chip microcomputer through the driving controller and is used for eliminating the dust that is generated by the spiral feeder.
