Abstract

The invention discloses a hydraulic driving system used for a brake and composed of a motor, a deceleration mechanism, a screw rod and an oil cylinder. The hydraulic driving system comprises the motor, the deceleration mechanism, the screw rod, the oil cylinder, a pressure relay, a power supply control device and an oil pipe. Two ends of the screw rod are connected with an output shaft of the deceleration mechanism of the motor and a piston arranged in the oil cylinder. The oil cylinder is connected to the brake through the oil pipe. The pressure relay is connected with the oil pipe and a power supply control device. The motor, the deceleration mechanism, the screw rod, the oil cylinder, the pressure relay and the power supply control device form a closed-loop negative feedback control system. The hydraulic driving system has the following beneficial effects: a working process is simple with little abrasion; machine parts are not liable to damage; energy consumption time of work is short and considerable electric energy is saved; due to the feature, the screw rod can be self-locked; high voltage is kept without energy consumption; the driving system is almost free from noises and pollution during work; and the overall machine is easy in structure and highly practical and easy for promotion and application.
