The preparation process comprises: magnetization screening; acid mixing liquid preparing; magnon element mixing liquid preparing; peat adding; fertilizer adding; and rare earth element adding. Compared to the fertilizer in the prior art, the fertilizer of the present invention has the following advantages that the peat, the magnon elements and various nutrient components such as nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium are combined so as to save the agricultural cost and completely improve the hardening of the original soil; the nitrate content is reduced; and the microbial content in the soil is increased by ten thousand times, such that the soil is activated, and the damage of the heavy metals on the soil due to industrial pollution and urban pollution can be subjected to microbial absorption.
