A workbench rotating shaft and a rotating drive mechanism used for driving the workbench to rotate are arranged below the workbench. The multi-meshing positioning type bulging clamping workbench mechanism further comprises a position locking mechanism used for locking the position of a rotating gear; the position locking mechanism comprises a meshing gear and locking hydraulic cylinders; a locking block is mounted on a piston rod of each locking hydraulic cylinder; and the locking blocks are provided with locking teeth meshing with the meshing gear.
