According to the method, biomass sludge generated in biomass resource comprehensive utilization is taken as a raw material; sodium tripolyphosphate, potassium hydrogen phthalate, and potassium hydroxide are taken as the extracting agents; potassium hydrogen phthalate, ethanol, and glycerin are taken as the auxiliary extracting agents; the method is capable of solving problems in the prior art that extraction temperature is high, a part of physiological activity is destroyed, energy consumption is high, and heavy metal is introduced; polyaspartic acid is added to increase the activity of the humic acid clear solution; and the content of humic acid in biomass sludge is high, so that extraction of humic acid from biomass sludge is capable of saving natural resource, and realizing biomass sludge reduction, stabilization, hazard-free treatment, and resourceful treatment.
