Abstract

The invention discloses a micro-nano optical fiber photoacoustic detection device and a detection method thereof. The device disclosed by the invention comprises a red laser irradiation light source, and a tunable laser source, a micro-nano optical fiber photoacoustic sensor, a photoelectric detection unit and a digital storage oscillography unit which are connected in sequence through common optical fibers, wherein an object to be detected is arranged between the red laser irradiation light source and the micro-nano optical fiber photoacoustic sensor. The detection method disclosed by the invention comprises the following steps: submerging the device into de-ionized water in a glass container; putting the object to be detected in a focal distance range located just above the micro-nano optical fiber photoacoustic sensor, and starting the tunable laser source and the irradiation light source; by adopting a 360-degree rotary scanning manner for the micro-nano optical fiber photoacoustic sensor, detecting a photoacoustic signal for one time every pre-set angle; carrying out photoacoustic signal reconstruction by the photoelectric detection unit through directly detecting strength information of transmission light. The device and the detection method, disclosed by the invention, have properties of high linearity and high responding sensitivity.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the field of photoacoustic detection, and in particular relates to a micro-nano optical fiber photoacoustic detection device and a detection method thereof. Background technique [0002] Photoacoustic imaging is currently in a vigorous development stage, and how to detect photoacoustic signals more conveniently, faster and more effectively is an important part of it. Therefore, the development of sensors with better performance has become a key issue in the development of photoacoustic imaging in the new stage. Most photoacoustic imaging methods use point sensors to detect photoacoustic signals. To obtain a complete image, the sensor or sample needs to be scanned in a circular arc. These point sensors are usually implemented by piezoelectric ultrasonic sensors, and even the combined arrays are in the form of point arrays. It can achieve better imaging results for the acquisition of narrowband photoacoustic signals, but it is ...
