Abstract

The invention discloses an uplink multi-user superposition transmission method and device. In an embodiment, a base station sends a first message in a first step, wherein the first message comprises a resource deviation value and a resource deviation index; the base station receives uplink data transmission in a second step; and first HARQ-ACK feedback is sent on a given PHICH (Physical HARQ Indicator Channel) resource in a third step. A PHICH group serial number and a PHICH intra-group orthogonal sequence index of the given PHICH resource are respectively a PHICH group modified serial number and a PHICH intra-group modified orthogonal sequence index. Generation parameters of the PHICH group modified serial number and the PHICH intra-group modified orthogonal sequence index respectively comprise the first message. The first HARQ-ACK is used for indicating whether the uplink data is correctly received or not. The method and device disclosed by the invention avoid collision of PHICH resources occupied by two or more pieces of UE performing uplink MUST transmission, and thus correct reception of the PHICH is guaranteed.
