Embodiment 1

[0047] 1. Primer and probe synthesis:

[0048] Sequence synthesis was performed according to the primer and probe sequences shown in Table 1 and Table 2. In the sequence, Y represents the degenerate base T / C; R represents the degenerate base A / G; in the probe, ROX, FAM, VIC, and CY5 are fluorescent groups, and BHQ1, BHQ2, and BHQ3 are quenching groups. To modify the T base; there is also a phosphate group (phosphate) attached to the 3' end of the probe.

Abstract

The invention discloses a primer set, probe and test kit for the detection of enteroviruses, The primer set can detect seven kinds of viruses including enteroviruses EV71, CA16, CA10, CA6, CB3, CB5 and Echo30 at a time. The invention further discloses a probe for use with the primer set, and a test kit comprising the primer set and the probe. The primer set, probe and test kit for RT-RPA detection of seven kinds of easily-pathogenic enteroviruses can be formed by the provided test kit and the mixture of the primer set and the probe, therefore, the rapid, comprehensive, sensitive, specific and automated test result determination can be achieved, and the sensitivity, specificity and simplicity of the simultaneous detection of the seven enteroviruses are significantly improved.

Description

technical field [0001] The present disclosure relates to the detection of enteroviruses, in particular, to a primer set, a probe and a kit for detecting enteroviruses. Background technique [0002] Sewage from scattered point sources such as hospitals, livestock and poultry breeding, and slaughterhouses contains a large number of pathogenic microorganisms, making water an important factor for the spread of infectious diseases. A large number of studies have found that infectious diseases caused by enteroviruses in sewage pose a huge threat to public health. Enteroviruses belong to the Picornaviridae family, which are non-enveloped viruses with single positive-sense RNA. They are infectious and can cause hand, foot and mouth disease, also known as exanthematous vesicular stomatitis. According to reports in recent years, hand, foot and mouth disease caused by enteroviruses EV71 and CA16 is prone to outbreaks, which can seriously cause death of patients and cause public panic....
