Problems solved by technology

[0004] However, if seawater is used to prepare the base fluid, the existing fracturing fluid system often fails
This is mainly due to the high salinity of seawater, which is rich in cations such as calcium and magnesium, which can be complexed with general organometallic cross-linking agents, affecting the cross-linking performance of the cross-linking agent, and easily causing the cross-linking strength of the jelly Low, poor shear resistance, weak temperature resistance, etc., and even non-crosslinking phenomenon, which affects the sand-carrying ability of fracturing fluid

[0035] On the other hand, based on the same inventive concept, the embodiment of the present invention provides a preparation method of the above-mentioned crosslinking agent, see figure 1 ,include:

[0036] Step S101: Mix water and polyol and heat to completely dissolve the polyol to prepare a polyol solution; wherein the dissolving temperature of the polyol is 40° C., and heat for 10-15 min to rapidly and fully dissolve the polyol.

[0037] Wherein, the polyhydric alcohol is one or a mixture of triethanolamine, pentaerythritol and glycerol.

[0038] Step S102: Add organic acid, inorganic acid, and inorganic zirconium salt to the polyol solution under stirring conditions to obtain a reaction system; wherein, the weight ratio of water, polyol, organic acid, inorganic acid, and inorganic zirconium salt is 50~60:10~20:10~15:1~5:3~8;

[0039] Wherein, the organic acid is one of citric acid, lactic acid and acetic acid; the inorganic acid is hydrochloric acid; the inorganic zirc...

Embodiment 1

[0047] Weigh 50 parts of water and 15 parts of pentaerythritol according to the weight ratio and add them into the reactor with a stirring and reflux device, while heating the temperature in the reactor to 40°C and preheating for 10 minutes to completely dissolve the pentaerythritol. Then, under stirring conditions, 12 parts of lactic acid, 3 parts of hydrochloric acid, and 5 parts of zirconium oxychloride octahydrate were successively added into the reactor. While continuing to stir, the temperature in the reactor was raised to 65° C., and reacted at this temperature for 4.5 hours to obtain a light yellow homogeneous liquid, which was the crosslinking agent.

Embodiment 2

[0049] Weigh 55 parts of water and 18 parts of pentaerythritol according to the weight ratio and add them to the reactor with a stirring and reflux device, while heating the temperature in the reactor to 40°C and preheating for 15 minutes to completely dissolve the pentaerythritol. Then, under stirring conditions, 15 parts of acetic acid, 3 parts of hydrochloric acid and 6 parts of zirconium oxychloride octahydrate were successively added into the reactor. While continuing to stir, the temperature in the reactor was raised to 60° C., and reacted at this temperature for 5.5 hours to obtain a light yellow liquid, which was the crosslinking agent.

Abstract

The invention discloses a crosslinking agent for a sea water-based fracturing fluid as well as a preparation method and an application of the crosslinking agent, and belongs to the technical field of oilfield chemistry. The crosslinking agent is prepared from components by weight as follows: 50-60 parts of water, 10-20 parts of polyols, 10-15 parts of organic acid, 1-5 parts of inorganic acid and 3-8 parts of inorganic zirconium salt. The preparation method comprises steps as follows: mixing and heating the water and the polyols to completely dissolve the polyols, adding the organic acid, the inorganic acid and the inorganic zirconium salt to a polyol solution under the stirring condition, and increasing the temperature to 55-70 DEG C for a reaction for 4 to 6 hours to obtain the crosslinking agent. The crosslinking agent prepared with the method can be crosslinked with a thickening agent base solution prepared directly from seawater, and sea water-based fracturing fluid jelly is formed; the jelly has good shear resistance at 150 DEG C, meets demands of the offshore reservoir fracturing transformation technology at the high temperature of 150 DEG C, improves the offshore fracturing efficiency and reduces the operating cost.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the technical field of oilfield chemistry, in particular to a crosslinking agent for seawater-based fracturing fluid, a preparation method and application thereof. Background technique [0002] With the deepening of oil and gas exploration and development in my country, the development of offshore oil and gas fields has become an important part of oil and gas development. However, the reservoirs in some offshore blocks have low porosity and belong to low or ultra-low permeability reservoirs, and fracturing is required for such tight reservoirs. [0003] For offshore fracturing operations, supply ships provide fresh water to the operation platform for liquid distribution, which is often limited by various factors such as platform operation space, transportation and cost, and it is difficult to meet the needs of offshore fracturing reconstruction. For offshore operations, seawater is the most readily available and cheapest resou...
