Abstract

The invention discloses a micro-fluidic gel gas-liquid interface flue gas exposing device. The micro-fluidic gel gas-liquid interface flue gas exposing device comprises an upper-layer chip, a lower-layer chip and a middle-layer chip, wherein the upper-layer chip provides a flue gas inlet and outlet channel; the lower-layer chip provides a cell culture fluid flowing channel; the middle-layer chip is positioned between the upper-layer chip and the lower-layer chip and is sued for loading gel and cells on the gel; cell culture fluid in the lower-layer chip provides a living environment for cells in the middle-layer chip; and the gel in the middle-layer chip becomes a gas-liquid interface and enables the cells to be in direct contact with flue gas. The three layers of chips are combined, the cells are positioned on the gel and do not in direct contact with the cell culture fluid, and direct impact of the culture fluid to the surfaces of the cells is avoided; meanwhile, the culture fluid can be supplied for the cells through the gel, and stability of the living environment of the cells is kept; and on the basis, the cells can be in direct contact with flue gas, so that related biological information of the flue gas stimulating the cells is obtained.
