Abstract

The method comprises the steps of disassembling the filter paper, cutting parts of both sides with viscose, sweeping with high pressure nitrogen, removing the dust on the surface of the filter paper; heat pressing between the upper flat plate and the lower flat plate; sweeping the whole surface of the filter paper tiled on the screen with high pressure nitrogen vertically so that the high pressure nitrogen gas flows through the surface of the filter paper; turning the filter paper over and tiling on the screen, sweeping the whole surface of the filter paper with high pressure nitrogen vertically so that the high pressure nitrogen gas flows through the surface of the filter paper; restoring the filter paper by spraying the repair liquid atomized on the surface of the filter paper evenly. The filter material on the surface and inside the gap is purged by several times of sweeping the filter paper recycled with high pressure nitrogen. Restoring the original air filtration effect is achieved by restoring the gap of the filter paper with the repair liquid.
