Abstract

The invention relates to a method for quickly detecting volatile N-nitrosamine in cosmetics. The method comprises the following steps: weighing a small amount of cosmetics; adding ammonium sulfamate and acetone, performing ultrasonic dissolution and refrigerated centrifugation, and extracting with a dichloromethane layer; and performing a gas phase chromatography-thermal energy analyzer method on the extract solution to realize quantitative detection of a target compound. According to the invention, the method can effectively detect out volatile N-nitrosamine in water-soluble or fat-soluble cosmetics, has the advantages of simple pretreatment, little time consumption, low cost and high accuracy, is applicable to actual detection of cosmetics, and can provide a technical method support for detection of volatile N-nitrosamine in cosmetics and production quality control.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the technical field of chemical instrument detection, in particular to a rapid sample processing and detection method for volatile N-nitrosamines in cosmetics and raw materials. Background technique [0002] N-nitrosamines (NAms) are a kind of nitroso compounds and one of the three major carcinogens recognized in the world. Cosmetics, as daily necessities, will stay on the skin, hair, nails, lips and other parts for a long time, and their safety has attracted much attention. There are a certain amount of precursors of N-nitrosamines such as secondary amines and alkylamines in the raw materials of cosmetics. Therefore, these precursors are very easy to generate N-nitrosamines through nitro reaction during the production, storage and sales of cosmetics. According to the classification of the International Agency for Research on Cancer (IARC), 5 volatile N-nitrosamines commonly found in cosmetics: N-nitrosodiethylamine, N-nitroso...
