Benefits of technology

This patented technology involves combining different types of plant parts like rice or grasses together through specific ratios designed based on their needs such as calorie balance, nitrogen content, moistenness, pH value, etc., resulting in improved properties over traditional methods without compromising any benefits associated therewith. By mixing these plants into fertilizers, they become more resistant against harmful organic compounds found naturally occurring throughout the soil. Additionally, this combination also increases the production efficiency of various crops due to increased root system activity during germination. Overall, it offers technical solutions aimed towards promoting healthier growing and higher yields while controllably increasing negative environmental impact caused by pesticide use.

Problems solved by technology

This patented technical problem addressed in this patent relates to improving the efficiency and accuracy of culturing mushrooms while reducing their environmental impact during harvesting processes.

Embodiment 1

[0024] A fungus cultivation substrate, including the following raw materials by weight: 58kg of straw, 15kg of cow dung, 10kg of Eucommia leaves, 9kg of Coptis chinensis leaves, 2kg of wangbuliuxin, 3kg of kudzu root, 7kg of soybean shells, 4kg of banana peels, 2kg of southern crane lice, carboxylic acid Sodium methylcellulose 1kg;

[0025] Its preparation method comprises the following steps:

[0026] (1) After the leaves of Eucommia ulmoides are finished, they are placed in an environment with a temperature of 38°C and kneaded for 12 minutes, and then fermented at a constant temperature at a temperature of 65°C for 3 hours. Add wolfberry powder in the process, and its wolfberry powder consumption is 5% of eucommia leaf, for subsequent use;

[0027] (2) Mix leaves of Eucommia ulmoides with water at a temperature of 90°C. The water consumption is 7 times that of leaves of Eucommia ulmoides. After natural soaking for 15 minutes, heat until the water boils. Cool down to 50°C, ...

Abstract

The invention relates to the field of edible fungi cultivation and in particular to an agaric culture substrate and a preparation method thereof. The raw materials include straws, cow dung, folium cortex eucommiae, pistacia chinensis leaf, the seed of cowherb, the root of kudzu vine, soybean hulls, banana skin, wild carrot fruit and sodium carboxymethylcellulose. The method comprises the following steps: mixing the folium cortex eucommiae with water for soaking, heating until the water is boiling, adding the seed of cowherb, the root of kudzu vine and wild carrot fruit, continuously boiling for 15 minutes, cooling, adding the banana skin, heating at a constant temperature, adding sodium carboxymethylcellulose, uniformly stirring, and performing microwave treatment to obtain a product for later use; uniformly mixing the straws, soybean hulls, pistacia chinensis leaf and cow dung, fermenting, sterilizing, uniformly mixing the product for later use, airing until the moisture content of the system is 20-25%, and bagging, thereby obtaining the culture substrate. The culture substrate disclosed by the invention is balanced in nutrition, can meet nutrients needed by growth of agaric, and has high resistance to infectious microbes under the condition that the nutrition is balanced.
