Abstract

The invention discloses a voiceprint service system of a robot, and a service control method thereof. The system comprises a voice output module, a guiding module, a voice input module, a voice analysis module, a voiceprint recording module, a voiceprint identification module and a service module which are arranged inside the robot. Through cooperation among the modules, the guiding module can guide a user to record voice according to a warning tone played by the voice output module, the voice analysis module can process an audio file of the voice input module, the voiceprint recording module establishes a sound model for the audio file stored by the voice input module, the voiceprint identification module can match the audio file stored by the voice input module with the sound model stored by the voiceprint recording module and determines user identities so as to realize voiceprint recording and identification and enable voiceprints to be taken as storable and readable data, and the service module can carry out corresponding operation processing according to the sound model provided by the voiceprint recording module and realize different services for the different user identities.
