Embodiment Construction

[0032] The present invention will be further described below in conjunction with the accompanying drawings.

[0033] refer to Figure 1 ~ Figure 3 , a method for making a fractured rock mass model based on decomposition-reconstruction, comprising the following steps:

[0034] 1) Collect natural fractured rock mass samples on site, clean the surface of the rock mass samples, and paste reference points (as attached figure 1 ). Reference points are attached figure 1 As shown above, they cannot be regularly distributed and must not cover cracks.

[0035] 2) Use a 3D scanner to scan the surface of the rock mass to obtain the measurement data of each surface of the fractured rock mass, use reverse engineering software to complete the combination of the scanned data, obtain a 3D surface numerical model of the fractured rock mass, and record the coordinates of the reference points. Attach figure 2 In the 3D model shown, the scan of the rock mass surface can only show the cracks ...

Abstract

The invention discloses a method for manufacturing crack rock mass models on the basis of decomposition-reconstruction. The method includes steps of 1), attaching reference points onto the surfaces of crack rock mass; 2), scanning the surfaces of the rock mass by the aid of three-dimensional scanners to obtain three-dimensional surface morphology measurement data of the crack rock mass, merging scanning data by the aid of reverse engineering software to obtain three-dimensional numerical models of the crack rock mass and recording coordinates of the reference points; 3), decomposing blocks along natural through crack inside the rock mass, acquiring various blocks with internal crack surfaces after the blocks are decomposed and reserving the reference points on the blocks; 4), scanning the decomposed blocks one by one by the aid of the three-dimensional scanners, processing the blocks in processes identical to processes in the step 2), transforming and merging coordinates for the obtained three-dimensional numerical models by the aid of the coordinates of the reference points to obtain reconstructed three-dimensional numerical models; 5), manufacturing the three-dimensional crack rock mass models on the basis of the natural rock mass according to the obtained three-dimensional numerical models. The coordinates of the reference points are obtained before the blocks are decomposed. The method has the advantage that the geometric morphology of the natural through crack rock mass can be truly reflected.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a method for making a model of a fissure rock mass after decomposing and reconstructing the fissure rock mass, which is suitable for natural rock mass with through fissures inside. Background technique [0002] The formation of natural rock mass needs to go through a complex and lengthy process. Due to different geological causes, the rock mass has undergone multiple tectonic movements, resulting in structural deformation and rupture, destroying the continuity and integrity of the rock mass. . The above actions will form many discontinuous structures such as joints and fissures inside. The fractured rock mass is rich in various defects, including macroscopic discontinuities such as microcracks, pores and joint fissures. Under the complex water environment in the underground, These rock mass fissures seriously affect the mechanical properties and permeability characteristics of the rock mass. [0003] With the development of t...
