Abstract

The invention discloses an absorption heat pump system and a circulation method thereof. The absorption heat pump system comprises a first-class absorption heat pump subsystem. The first-class absorption heat pump subsystem comprises an evaporator, an absorber and a first generator. Supply steam of the heat application process is used as a driving heat source of the first-class absorption heat pump subsystem. One part of technological waste heat of the heat application process is used as an evaporation heat source. The absorption heat pump system further comprises a second generator and a second condenser. The second generator, the second condenser, the evaporator and the absorber constitute a second-class absorption heat pump subsystem. The other part of technological waste heat is used as a driving heat source of the second-class absorption heat pump subsystem. Steam generated by the absorption heat pump system is used as technological steam to be output to the heat application process. The absorption heat pump system can effectively enable all the technological waste heat to be used for producing the technological steam. Accordingly, the energy saving rate and economic benefits of the heat application process can be remarkably increased.
