The individual-soldier communication scheduling system with the network interphone function comprises an individual-soldier device which carries out one-to-one calling with a scheduling platform and other individual-soldier devices through an SIP signal and carries out group calling with other individual-soldier devices by using a user-defined protocol; the scheduling platform which carries out mutual individual calling with an appointed individual-soldier device and also can manage the individual-soldier devices; a central control server which is used for processing requests initiated by the scheduling platform and each individual-soldier device and finishing analysis, processing and response for the SIP signal; a streaming media server which is used for forwarding audio data in the individual calling process and distributing a port to the individual-soldier device or the scheduling platform and providing a voice forwarding channel after an instruction of the central control server is received; and a network interphone server which provides a group interphone service for the individual-soldier devices based on the user-defined protocol in the JSON data format.
