Abstract

This application provides a discharge control method of a lithium ion battery pack, which includes the steps of: sampling and detecting single-cell voltage of the battery pack to calculate minimum value of the single-cell voltage; when the minimum value of the single-cell voltage reaches preset discharge terminal voltage of the single cell, controlling a load to switch a discharge circuit off to stop discharging. Compared with a method in which the discharge terminal voltage of the battery pack is set manually in the prior art, the voltage management method can prolong the discharge time of the battery as more as possible, can increase the effective capacity of the battery, and prevents capacity attenuation of the lithium ion battery due to over-discharge of the single cell and prevents reduction of cycle life.
