Problems solved by technology

However, the hatching of goldfish eggs has strict requirements on water quality. River water or well water often contains a large amount of plankton, and the water quality is unstable, which may easily lead to mildew of fish eggs. Goldfish spawning generally occurs in March-April in spring, in large outdoor ponds. It is easily affected by the climate and environment, which greatly reduces the hatching rate of fish eggs, and the hatched goldfish fry are easy to die
Caused a lot of losses to goldfish production and the failure of goldfish scientific research work

Abstract

The invention relates to a method for hatching and cultivating goldfish eggs in an indoor chamber. Calcium gluconate, sodium chloride, magnesium chloride hexahydrate, 4-hydroxyethylpiperazine ethanesulfonic acid solution, methylene blue, and water were made into hatching culture stock solution according to the proportion, and then diluted into hatching culture solution of three dilutions respectively. Put the hatching culture medium with a dilution of 5% in the spawning tank, and put the broodstock in the same spawning tank with the artificial fish nest prepared in advance with a male-to-female ratio of 3 to 2:1 for fertilization. The artificial fish nest with eggs was taken out, rinsed with a 5% hatching culture solution, and then hung in the hatching tank for 1-day hatching. The hatching tank is a hatching medium with a dilution of 10%. After hatching for 1 day, add a hatching medium with a dilution of 15% for incubation for 3 to 5 days, and the fry can emerge. Through the control test, adopting the method of the present invention, the hatching rate is 82-94%, the fry survival rate is 85-95%, and the fry deformity rate is 0.2-0.3%.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the technical field of aquaculture. Specifically, it relates to a method for hatching and culturing goldfish eggs in an indoor chamber. Background technique [0002] Goldfish originated in China, also known as "golden crucian carp", similar to carp ( Cyprinus carpio ) but it has no whiskers and is an ornamental fish evolved from crucian carp. Goldfish and crucian carp belong to the same taxonomy ( Carassius auratus ). There are many varieties of goldfish, the colors are red, orange, purple, blue, black, silvery white, streaky, etc. They are divided into four types: Wen, grass, dragon and egg. Goldfish is easy to raise. It has a strange figure, gorgeous colors and beautiful shapes. Goldfish can beautify the environment and are very popular among people. They are ornamental fish with Chinese characteristics. Goldfish farming can be exported and has huge economic value. At the same time, goldfish is also an object of scient...
