The method provided by the invention is characterized by covalent coupling a monoclonal antibody of Cronobacter sakazakii and a carboxyl magnetic bead to acquire an immunomagnetic bead, and then utilizing the acquired immunomagnetic bead to acquire in an acquisition system.
