Problems solved by technology

When encountering severe weather such as sudden drop in temperature, snow and ice, the driving condition of the bridge deck is poor, especially in the section with a large longitudinal slope and a small radius, which is likely to cause traffic accidents and seriously endanger driving safety.
[0003] At present, there are usually two methods for cleaning snow and icy roads on viaducts: one is to manually remove snow, which has low efficiency and poor working conditions, and has a great impact on urban traffic; the other is to use machinery to remove snow. It often relies on spraying salt-containing deicing agents, but such salt-containing deicing agents will severely corrode the pavement structure, greatly increasing the possibility of early failure, resulting in continuous increase in road maintenance costs

Abstract

The invention discloses an elevated pavement structure safe to drive in a low-temperature weather condition. The elevated pavement structure comprises a waterproof layer on the bottom, an intermediate layer tiled on the waterproof layer, and an upper surface layer covering the intermediate layer. The waterproof layer is paved and formed by waterproof concrete. The intermediate layer is made of asphalt concrete added with graphite powder modifier. The upper surface layer is made of an asphalt mastic crushed stone mixture added with calcium chloride-water repelling grease mixture and graphite powder modifier. The upper surface layer is divided in a plurality of lanes. A heating cable is respectively laid in a snake shape below each lane in the waterproof layer. The elevated pavement structure reduces freezing point of an antifreezing pavement and improves thermal conductivity on the premise of maintaining relatively good low temperature anti-cracking ability of the upper surface layer. The laid heating cables can heat the pavement of a viaduct to melt snow and ice, so as to ensure the pavement of the viaduct can ensure driving safety under influence of ice and snow weather.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the technical field of roads, in particular to an elevated pavement structure with safe driving under low-temperature climate conditions. Background technique [0002] Conventional viaduct pavement structure generally adopts the structure of 9cm asphalt concrete plus 8cm~9cm concrete. It often relies on spraying salt-containing deicing agents, but such salt-containing deicing...
