Embodiment 1

[0017] A method for manufacturing fluorescent fabrics for medical first aid kits, the steps are as follows:

[0018] 1) Soak the blended fiber in fluorescent agent at 40°C for 3 hours, then dry after soaking.

[0019] The fluorescent agent consists of dioctyl phthalate, petroleum ether, film-forming aids, Al 2 o 3 , organic phosphine silane coupling agent and photo-induced energy storage luminous powder mixed. At room temperature, first add 3 parts of dioctyl phthalate and 12 parts of petroleum ether into the container, after stirring evenly, add 1 part of film-forming aid and 5 parts of Al 2 o 3 , then raise the temperature to 45°C, add 1 part of organophosphine silane coupling agent into the container, then slowly add 50 parts of photoluminescent energy storage luminous powder in 10 batches, and finally stir for 3 hours.

Abstract

The invention relates to the technical field of medical aids, and specifically to a method for producing a fluorescent fabric for a medical first-aid kit. Blended fibers are placed into a fluorescent agent for soaking and then dried, in which the fluorescent agent is made from such raw materials as dioctyl phthalate and an organic phosphonic coupling agent; the blended fibers are processed into a blended fabric; the blended fabric is coated with a layer of waterproof adhesive; afterwards, the blended fabric is plasticized. The method for producing a fluorescent fabric for a medical first-aid kit provided by the present invention allows the fluorescent agent to be absorbed by the blended fibers to an utmost extent such that the produced fluorescent fabric is able to keep the fluorescent properties persistently. Particularly, the fluorescent agent is added with the component organic phosphonic coupling agent component that is capable of remarkably improving the persistent luminescence of a photo-induced energy-storage luminous powder in the fluorescent agent as compared to a traditional silicone coupling agent. The waterproofness and friction durability of the fabric can be remarkably improved by means of application of the waterproof adhesive and plasticization to the blended fabric.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the technical field of medical rescue, in particular to a method for manufacturing fluorescent fabrics used in medical first aid kits. Background technique [0002] The application of fluorescent fabrics to luggage products is an emerging technology that has gradually developed in recent years, especially for medical first aid kits, which can give pedestrians or vehicles warnings to ensure the personal safety of emergency personnel. The existing fluorescent fabrics used for medical first-aid kits mainly have defects such as that the fluorescent effect cannot be sustained, and the fabrics are soaked in fluorescent agents to cause a certain bad smell. Contents of the invention [0003] The object of the present invention is to provide a kind of manufacture method that is used for the fluorescent fabric of medical emergency kit, in order to realize above-mentioned object, the present invention adopts following technical scheme: ...
