Abstract

The invention discloses an anonymous inquiry treatment method for a cloud service system. The method includes steps that user terminal inquiry is subjected to anonymization; a proxy server receives and processes inquiry request tasks; server state statistics is performed; server state analysis and predication are performed; the proxy server distributes the inquiry request tasks; and the server processes the distributed inquiry request tasks. According to the invention, cloud service quality can be improved from two aspects including safety and efficiency at the same time during the user inquiry processing process. First, in an inquiry anonymization treatment and authentication phase, a loop signature algorithm is introduced. In this way, real inquiry requester is hidden by the aid of public keys of a plurality of users. Even the user inquiry is revealed, the identity of the inquiry requester is not exposed. Besides, in the inquiry task distribution phase, the cloud server is used reasonably by adopting a mathematical statistics method, so that waiting time of users is reduced and inquiry processing efficiency is improved.
