Abstract

The integrated treatment equipment mainly comprises a reactor, a vertical-flow residue removing tank, a sedimentation tank and a water purifying treater. A medicine feeding port, a reactor water inlet and a reactor water outlet are formed in the top of the reactor. The reactor water outlet communicates with the vertical-flow residue removing tank. A water overflow pipe is mounted at the top end of the residue removing tank and directly penetrates through to the lower part of one end of the sedimentation tank. A sedimentation tank water outlet is formed in the top of the other end of the sedimentation tank and communicates with the water purifying treater. A purified water outlet is formed in the bottom of the water purifying treater. According to the integrated treatment equipment for the coal washing wastewater, the problem of pollution to environments caused by the wastewater resulting from wet-process coal washing is solved, the structure is simple, and the mounting and use are convenient. The flow velocity is high, the precision is high, the filtering area is large, the washing and regeneration are facilitated, the service life is long, and the application range is wide; and the reuse of water resources is facilitated.
