The preservation medium refers to 1/2MS+PPP3331.0mg/l+0.3% of AC+ 4.5% of cane sugar+0.4 % of agar. The pH value of the medium is 5.8, the temperature is 21+/-1 DEG C, the illumination intensity is 1400-1600lx, and the illumination time is 8-10 hours per day.
